I feel like every time I upload something to my stories, I’m making kale, so I figured I’d share my recipe with you guys! It’s super easy, healthy and delicious!
- Half of a bag of pre-washed, pre-cut kale.
- One medium onion, sliced
- Two cloves of garlic
- One half of a medium sized onion
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
STEP ONE: Slice onions and garlic. Make sure you slice the garlic and not mince – you’re going to be sautéing the onions and garlic together, and minced garlic will burn.
Heat 2T of vegetable oil on low. Add in garlic and onion and sautée until onions are translucent.
Add in kale, balsamic, lemon, olive oil, and salt to taste.
Sautee on low until kale is dark green. Serve!
