I’m honestly not a big drinker. I’ll have a glass of wine and cheese with my mom or a sip of Mike’s beer. I would truly much rather have a coke. The carbonation from the champagne (or prosecco) are super refreshing on a hot day, and it’s just the right amount of sweet without making you feel like you need to chase it with a dentist appointment.
We recreated the recipe for you below (the HARD work I do for you guys)! Enjoy!
- Fresh cut strawberries or strawberry puree
- Prosecco or champagne
- St. Germaine
- Ice cubes
- Fresh Mint (optional)
Start by adding the ice and sliced strawberries to your glasses. Add mint if desired. The ratio we used is four shots of champagne to one shot of St. Germaine. Garnish with additional strawberries and serve!
